If there’s one thing I’ve learned from working at home, it’s that your office doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to work for you. I’ve gone from having a dedicated 8×10 office with a door to squeezing my setup into a tiny nook at the top of the stairs. I’ve worked in cozy corners, shared spaces, and even made the mistake of trying to be productive at the kitchen table (spoiler alert: it did not go well). Through all of these changes, I’ve realized that a great home office isn’t about size—it’s about setup. Whether I’m in a full-sized room or a compact workspace, I always make sure I have my non-negotiables
